The 2009-2010 Theme is "Beauty is...."
The National PTA believes that children deserve a quality arts eduation and encourages students to pursue artistic expression through participation in its annual arts Reflections Program. The program offers student the opportunity to create and submit works of arts in six areas: Dance Choreography, Film/Video, Literature, Musical composition, Photography and Visual Arts.
All entries must be recieved at Horizon by November 13th.
